Apps Award 2018 in Capetown

I have been a judge on the African Apps Award for a number of years now and this year ,i decided to attend the awards ceremony in Capetown .

 

In the 2018 version Over 300 applications were assessed and judged by an independent panel of industry experts including media, investors, and leaders from the tech ecosystem including myself.

The night ended with an Impressive list of Startups getting awarded across the continent

The AppsAfrica.com Award Winners on the night were from Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania and Ethiopia;

Best EdTech Solution – Ever Africa for Xander Educational Apps (South Africa)

Best Enterprise Solution – Kobo360 (Nigeria)

Social Impact Award – WeThinkCode_ (South Africa)

Best African App –  SafeBoda (Uganda)

Disruptive Innovation Award – NALA for NALA App (Tanzania)
